Four Seasons Land Solutions provides landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, sod installation, land clearing, debris removal, French drain installation, flower bed rock borders, and related outdoor services in the Granbury, TX area.
All quotes provided — whether by phone, text, or in person — are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the work. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding.
By scheduling a service, you agree to provide reasonable access to your property on the agreed date and time. If access is not available and we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance, a trip fee may apply.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a reschedule is needed.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major payment apps. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to work beginning. All deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue service on accounts with outstanding unpaid balances.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 48 hours of job completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Our guarantee applies to the quality of workmanship and does not cover issues caused by weather, pre-existing conditions, or factors outside our control.

It is the property owner's responsibility to mark all underground utilities, irrigation lines, and other hazards prior to any digging or land clearing services.
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows on the day of service, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
